Below are some Frequently Asked Questions:

What are these Build Plaques made of?

These are printed on 1/8" (3mm) White Coated Aluminum with a Poly Core Plate. Printed “brushed metal” look. Semi-Gloss finish. UV and Heat Resistant Ink.

How do I clean my Build Plaque?

We only recommend cleaning with mild soap and water, or a quick detailer. Examples such as Dawn Dish Soap, Meguiar's Gold Class Car Wash, and Meguiar's Quik Detailer. DO NOT use any alcohol, harsh chemicals, or solvents, as they could potentially damage the finish.

Will I see the design of the plaque before receiving it?

Yes. After you place an order, you will receive an email within 24 - 48 hours showing a digital mockup (JPG image) of all the options you selected/inputted. You can either make changes, or approve it. You must approve it before it can go into production.

I have not received the email with the digital mockup for me to approve or make changes. Now what?

Although very rare, the email may have landed in your SPAM folder. Check to see if it landed in SPAM. If there is still no email, reach out via our contact form with your order number and we will check on the status.

Where do I mount my build plaque?

These build plaques are designed to be mounted on your engine bay fuse box cover.

Is there any hardware or adhesive included to mount it?

Hardware/adhesive is not included due to customer preference. There are several methods to mounting it to your fuse box cover, such as 3M VHB tape, nuts and bolts, rivets, and industrial strength velcro. If your fuse box has a dome shape, you can use nylon spacers as well.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. We also accept most major credit and debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover.

How long until I receive my order?

After you have approved the proof, items will ship within 1-3 business days. Transit time is usually 5-10 business days.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship to the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Where can I find my VIN?

VIN numbers are located on the dashboard on the driver's side. It will be written low on the windshield where the windshield and the dashboard meet. You can also find it on your original window sticker, registration card, or most insurance cards.

Where can I find my build date?

Your build date will be on a sticker inside the driver's door jam. It may also be located on the driver's door itself. If you are having trouble finding it for your specific vehicle, do not hesitate to contact us and we will help out.
